COMPLETE A SURVEY TO FOR A CHANCE TO WIN A MACBOOK AIR!
The Intraoperative Behaviors Research Group (University of Fraser Valley and partners) invites you to participate in a 15-minute survey exploring disruptive behaviors in operating rooms. Disruptive behaviour ranges from mild incivility to serious abuse. It is important to study because it can undermine patient safety and clinician wellbeing.
Our previous research on this topic involved 7,500 clinicians across seven countries, generating multiple peer-reviewed publications with high Altmetric scores (top 3%). The current study aims to understand how institutional culture and working conditions contribute to these behaviors.
Survey participants can enter a draw to win a MacBook Air (valued at $1300 CAD). Estimatedwinning odds are approximately 1/1000.
